Register to the 2nd EU Aeronautics Conference

Registrations to the 2nd EU Aeronautics Conference are now closed.

All fields of the form below are mandatory. The information is required for logistical and safety reasons only. No commercial use will be made of such information.

For those who do not have a badge allowing access to the European Parliament, places are limited.

Those already holding an access badge to the European Parliament are obliged to use this and should still register online.
You will only be allowed into the European Parliament with your badge. It is your responsibility to accreditate your badge on time on the day, thus 1 hour before the start of the conference.

Do you have a badge that provides you access to the European Parliament?
Firstname is required and must be 16 characters max.
Lastame is required and must be 16 characters max.
Nationality is required
Organisation / Enterprise is required
Position is required and must be 16 characters max.
E-mail is required and must be a valid e-mail address
E-mail must be a valid e-mail address and match
If you do not already have an access pass to the European Parliament, the next fields are mandatory:
IMPORTANT: the day of the Conference, you will need the ID Card mentioned hereunder.
ID number is required when you do not have an access pass to the EP
ID validity is required when you do not have an access pass to the EP
Birth date is required when you do not have an access pass to the EP

Once your registration is done, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your registration.
After this, you will receive a confirmation email of your attendance.

Only this final confirmation of your attendance, as well as your ID card used for your registration, will allow you access to the conference.
